A Villa is a A detached or semi-detached fully-furnished private house or holiday home, usually luxurious in nature, with its own grounds and which is rented out to a selected clientele or used as a holiday home
Licensing Requirements
- Submission of fully-filled licence application form
- Copy of identity card or passport of owner/director
- Copy of lease agreement or title deed of premises
- Copy of applicant’s pin number ( or company pin number (where applicable)
License Fee Payable
- Application fee of Ksh. 1000 for new applicants,
- Shs 26,000 annual license fee
payable to;-

- Late payments for all licenses attract a penalty of 10% of the applicable license fee for every month delayed.
- License fee clusters are provided for in the legal notice number 128 September 2014
